22 August Before and After- The Gardens at Harvard Square

Before and After photos of The Gardens at Harvard Square renovations.

A spacious, modern lounge area, part of the Harvard Square Renovation Project, features a wood-paneled vaulted ceiling, chandelier lighting, cozy seating by a fireplace, wall-mounted TV, bookshelves, and stylish tables and chairs on a patterned rug.

The Gardens at Harvard Square is a Memory Care neighborhood within the larger Cogir community located in Denver, CO. This neighborhood refresh was inspired by the design concept “Serene Sanctuary” and looked to highlight the gorgeous existing architecture with natural wood-cladded shiplap with soft colors and textures. The result is a stunning community refresh that feels both “updated” and consistent with the local neighborhood and history. By prioritizing cost-effective updates such as  minimal construction alterations, featured accents, new hardware, and new paint, the project has a big impact without a big budget.

The main areas included in the scope of work include :

Main Entry

Spacious lobby with wood flooring, gray walls, modern light fixtures, and a seating area with chairs and a table. As part of the Harvard Square Renovation Project, large windows and landscape paintings create a welcoming atmosphere. Hallway and entrance are visible.
