This 20,000 sq. foot new construction home is packed full of amazing features and amenities. The huge great room that opens onto the expansive gourmet kitchen has 2-story ceilings with exposed trusses and tongue and groove ceilings. The kitchen is a true chef’s dream with 2 islands, 3 dishwashers and completely integrated refrigerator and freezer. Behind the gourmet kitchen is an expansive butler’s pantry that also has additional ovens, sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The owners wanted their home to feel warm with a rustic touch. To achieve this we incorporated reclaimed wood floors throughout the main level and added industrial touches of concrete and steel. In the basement, we had fun with a custom designed antelope wallpaper in the game area, offset by a shiny tin ceiling. The round bar is another focal point of this home accented by the radius wood and tin ceiling as well as snakeskin panels on the front of the bar. Around the corner is the wine cellar with stone walls and a custom backlit display made of a reclaimed factory gear.
