Spring Color Mix- Grapefruit Rosemary Spritz

Spring has sprung, and we’re feeling extra zesty with this fresh color pallet inspired by a Grapefruit Rosemary Spritz. This vibrant spritz is a sweet nod to the warmer upcoming months. The flavors and colors for this delicious cocktail inspired us to create a soft yet bright and welcoming lounge and lobby area. The light coral tones are grounded with the natural olive colors to create a fun and refreshing palate.

Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp. gin
  • 1/4c. grapefruit juice
  • 1/4c. club soda
  • 2tsp. simple syrup
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Grapefruit slices
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions Grapefruit Rosemary Spritz:

  • 1. Start by making roughly 1/2 a cup of simple syrup. Simple syrup is just that – simple! Mix equal parts water and table sugar, and simmer in a pot over medium heat, whisking until thickened to desired consistency. You can store leftovers in the fridge for around a month!
  • 2. Drop 3-4 ice cubes into your prettiest wine glass (the ones pictured above are ‘rosé wine glasses’!), and pour over 1tbsp. simple syrup. Add 1tbsp. gin.
  • 3. Add 1/4c. grapefruit juice to each glass, and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
  • 4. Top with club soda, and garnish with a ruby grapefruit slice.
