Spring Color Mix- Lemon Mint Coupe

A bottle of tonic, two cocktails garnished with mint, a halved lemon, and a cloth on a light surface offer refreshing color inspiration. On the left, four color swatches—green, gray, yellow, and tan—are displayed vertically.

Nothing screams “Spring time” quite like sipping on a refreshing cocktail in the bright sunshine. This season we’re sharing some design inspiration in the form of a color pallet based of a “Lemon Mint Coupe” cocktail. Just like the colors, this cocktail is full of fresh and vibrant notes that are sure to make you feel light and bright after the heavy winter season.

For a little more color inspiration, we’ve pulled together a “breakfast nook” based off our spring cocktail. It features light wood tones and rich fabrics that feel as luxe as the “coupe” part of our cocktail. We also love the muted tones of the antique rug, and playful pattern mixing on the pillows.

Pour yourself a cocktail and enjoy our spring vibes with your own spring refresh and Lemon Mint Coupe!

Ingredients

Instructions:

1. Begin by placing the mint sprigs into a shaker filled with ice. Next, add the gin, simple syrup, and tonic.
2. Next you’re ready to add the heaping tablespoons of yogurt.
3. Lastly add a small squeeze of lemon (to taste)… this is optional if you don’t love a ton of lemon.
4. Shake the ingredients until the outside is frosty and everything is well combined (around 30 seconds).
5. Next, strain the mixture into a coupe and garnish with a sprig of mint! The creaminess of the yogurt gives this drink the perfect texture- without using eggs, like other cocktails.
