Summer Color Mix- Elderflower Spanish Gin & Tonics

With the summer solstice newly behind us, we thought we’d share a new cocktail color pallet inspiration inspired by the bright and fresh vibes of a summer gin and tonic. With its soft pinks and neutral colors, this pallet is perfect for a soothing bedroom setting.

Chill the drinking glass for a half hour. Add ice to the glass. Squeeze one slice of grapefruit into the glass and discard. Add the other grapefruit slice, the juniper berries, and rosemary sprig to the glass. Pour gin into the glass. Add the tonic and stir before drinking.
