Our design & procurement team will seamlessly integrate the look and feel of your community’s interior through the use of carefully curated FF&E selections.

Our designs often incorporate unique, one of a kind furniture pieces that make a space feel special. Since we are designers as well as the procurement specialists we have the creativity and ability to source pieces that fit the look and feel of your project. We also select appropriate fabrics and seating that are specific to the population and end user.

Our experienced team will develop preliminary budgets based on detailed floorplans and furniture counts. Through the design and construction process we work closely with the owners and development team to execute the project according to the construction timeline, storage resources, and availability of products.

We stay on top of orders, shipping & deliveries, confirming availability of all products, maintaining a vendor delivery report, and advising of potential schedule conflicts.

Our team will be on-site to manage all deliveries and coordinate efforts between construction, operations and FF&E. We’ll see that products are placed according to the plans and that all debris is removed from the site.

We use the latest software and technology (Revit, Enscape, etc.) to smoothly integrate our ID plan set with the architectural team and other trades for fully coordinated Construction Documents. Generating highly detailed construction documents aids in communicating every aspect of the project and design.

Furniture & Accessories

We have strong relationships and work directly with the manufacturers who specialize specifically in Senior Living products. Our Team manages every aspect of the procurement process to ensure a successful installation including placing & tracking orders, shipping, warehousing, freight claims, and installation.
